How to Play
- To be eligible to participate in the XpressBet Fantasy Magna 5 contest (the “Contest”), you must be an XpressBet account holder with an account in good standing for the duration of the Promotional Period.
- There is no registration, entry or other fee to participate in the Contest.
- If you do not currently have an XpressBet account, go to www.xpressbet.com or call 1-866-88XPRESS to open an account. Terms and conditions apply. XpressBet services not available to residents of all States.
- Log-in to your XpressBet account.
- Click the XpressBet Fantasy Magna 5 banner ad on the after log-in page.
- The XpressBet Fantasy Magna 5 selection screen will appear.
- Use the XpressBet Fantasy Magna 5 selection screen to enter your selections by checking the corresponding box next to only one (1) horse in each Magna 5 race.
- Click SUBMIT
PLEASE NOTE: WHILE PLAYING THE XPRESSBET FANTASY MAGNA 5 CONTEST YOU ARE NOT PLACING A MONETARY WAGER AND NO FUNDS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR XPRESSBET ACCOUNT. TO PLACE MONETARY WAGERS, PLEASE USE THE XPRESSBET WAGERING SCREEN TO SUBMIT WAGERS AND THE FUNDS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR XPRESSBET ACCOUNT. - Only one (1) entry per Magna 5 Contest Day per XpressBet account holder. Attempts to make more than one (1) entry will disqualify the entrant from participating in the Contest.
- Entries must be made online at www.xpressbet.com . Entries for each Magna 5 Contest Day will be accepted on the day of each Magna 5 races beginning at approximately 3 a.m. ET until wagering closes for the first leg of that day’s Magna 5 races. Traditionally, the last live race on the Laurel card for that day is the first leg of that day’s Magna 5 races. Post-times are subject to change. Check races and post-times by logging onto www.xpressbet.com .
- The Magna 5, as currently scheduled, is a series of five (5) races per Saturday for ten (10) Saturdays (each a “Magna 5 Contest Day”). The XpressBet Fantasy Magna 5 challenges players to correctly select the horse that finishes in first place in each of the five Magna 5 races on a Magna 5 Contest Day.
- For each Magna 5 Contest Day, a prize of $10,000 is available to be won and shared equally by each eligible participant who correctly selects the winning horses for that Magna 5 Contest Day. In weeks where there are no entrants who correctly select the winning horses, the prize money will be carried over to the following Magna 5 Contest Day. Eligibility: The XpressBet Fantasy Magna 5 Contest (the "Contest") is open to legal residents of states where XpressBet® wagering services are available at time of entry. Participants must have or must establish an XpressBet wagering account and the account must be and remain in good standing at all times during the Promotional Period. At the time of printing, XpressBet wagering services are available to legal residents of CA, FL, ID, IL, IA, KY, LA, MD, MA, MN, NY, ND, OH, OR, PA, WA, WV, and WY.

How to Enter: You must use the following steps to enter the XpressBet Fantasy Magna 5 Contest:
- You must be logged in to your XpressBet account by using your Username and Password.
- From the after log-in page click the "XpressBet Fantasy Magna 5" banner ad.
- Select one horse in each of five legs of the Magna 5 by clicking on the corresponding check box next to the name of each horse.
- REVIEW YOUR SELECTIONS TO ENSURE THEY ARE CORRECT.
- Click Submit. SELECTIONS ARE FINAL AND MAY NOT BE CHANGED AFTER YOU CLICK "SUBMIT".
- You will receive a confirm page listing your selections.
Should one or more horses you select as part of an entry be scratched from or otherwise declared ineligible to start in a race, the scratched horse(s) will be replaced in your entry by the post-time favorite (calculated using Host Track odds) for the particular race in which the scratched horse(s) were originally entered to race. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or altered entries. All entry material becomes property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.

How to Play:
To be eligible to win, entrants must correctly select the horse that finishes in first place in each of the five Magna 5 races on the corresponding Magna 5 Contest Day. WHILE PLAYING THE XPRESSBET FANTASY MAGNA 5 CONTEST YOU ARE NOT PLACING A MONETARY WAGER AND NO FUNDS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR XPRESSBET ACCOUNT. TO PLACE MONETARY WAGERS, PLEASE USE THE XPRESSBET WAGERING SCREEN TO SUBMIT WAGERS AND THE FUNDS BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR XPRESSBET ACCOUNT.Winner Determination: Prizing will be awarded to the entrant(s) who select all five of the winning horses for the eligible races in each Magna 5 Contest. The official results for each race are determined by the racetrack conducting the race and racing officials in their sole and absolute determination.
Prizes: For each Magna 5 Contest Day, a prize of $10,000 is available to be won and shared equally by each eligible participant who correctly selects the winning horses for that Magna 5 Contest Day. Any taxes assessed on the prizes are each winning entrant's sole responsibility. After winner verification, and completion of an indemnity agreement and release form and tax forms (if applicable), the prize will be deposited directly into the winning entrant’s XpressBet wagering account within 3 business days. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be substituted. In weeks where there are no entrants who correctly select the winning horses, the prize will be carried over to the following Magna 5 Contest Day. If there is no winner in the last Magna 5 Contest (currently scheduled to run on March 28, 2008), a mandatory payout equal to the sum of $10,000 plus any amounts carried over from previous Magna 5 Contests during the Promotional Period to a maximum of $100,000 will be awarded and shared, if applicable, among the entrants who select the highest number of winning horses in the last Magna 5 Contest during this Contest.
Winner Releases: Selected entrants will be notified within three (3) days following each Magna 5 Contest and will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability and Publicity Release which must be signed, notarized and received by Sponsor or its designated agent within 10 days of date printed on notification or otherwise forfeit the prize.
Acceptance of prize constitutes consent (except where prohibited by law) to use each winning entrant's name, hometown, photographic and artistic likeness, voice, biographical data, prize won and contest submission for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation.
Employees of Sponsor and its agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising & promotion agencies & immediate families (or persons residing in same household) of each are not eligible to enter. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which will be binding and final in all respects. Entrants agree that Sponsors and their respective parent, affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability, and shall be held harmless, for any damage, losses or injury resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in this Contest. Sponsor retains the right to modify or change these Official Rules at any time without prior notice. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. This Contest is governed by U.S. law.
Winners List: For a list of the names of the winning entrants, visit www.xpressbet.com, throughout the Promotional Period. Winning entrants posted on the contest website are not official and subject to change until verified by the judges.
NOTICE TO ONLINE CONTESTANTS: Sponsor is not responsible for problems uploading or downloading any contest-related information from the web site or for any other technical malfunctions of electronic equipment, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer hardware or software failures, phone lines, failure of any electronic mail entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, traffic, congestion on the internet or the web site, or any other technical problems related to web site entries including telecommunication miscommunication or failure, and failed, lost, delayed, incomplete, garbled or misdirected communications which may limit an entrant's ability to participate in this Contest. If applicable, mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices will be disqualified. In the event the Contest is, in the opinion of the Sponsor, compromised by or infected by a computer virus or bug or is otherwise technically impaired, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the electronic portion of the Contest in which case the winner will be determined from all online entries received prior to said suspension or termination or to cancel the Contest in its entirety should tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or other causes beyond Sponsor's control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Contest. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the holder of the XpressBet wagering account. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Contest or web site or to be acting in violation of the Contest Official Rules.
CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operations of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law and to disqualify such entrant from the Contest.
